Tony, Metformin is a diabetes drug, used to control high blood sugar. But even if you found a drug for hypoglycemia (I'm sure they're out there!), most of the time the condition can be managed with diet. I've had hypoglycemia most of my life ("the" Dr. Atkins, who was my physician in NYC a long time ago, called my glucose tolerance test "a real clunker"). Two critical steps: First, give up sugar. Second, eat frequent small meals throughout the day, including protein whenever possible. Protein doesn't raise your blood sugar quickly, but it keeps it steady. Alisande, I haven't been following your story. Are you seeing an endocrinologist, or are you having the tests done by your regular doctor? I've been having trouble breathing for a year and a half, and none of the tests my doctor (an internist) ordered showed anything. I know low thyroid can do this, and in fact, it feels like the description of thyroid-related breathing problems that I've read: It feels like the muscles involved in breathing have become weak. I mentioned it to my doctor, along with the information that my mouth is sometimes dry, and he ordered the blood tests. My thyroid is at risk for problems because of the radiation I had when I was six years old (to remove my adenoids). I've been wondering how your joints are. Still painful? Forgive me if I've missed some posts! Coral, I feel like I'm falling apart! (However, I remind myself that I've said the same thing at other times in my life, beginning when I was 43--which was 23 years ago.) The knee pain came back on Tuesday, not nearly as bad, but bad enough to make me get out the ibuprofen again. It was preceded by the weird taste (like plastic) in my mouth that preceded the attack of joint pain just before Christmas. I don't know what to make of it, but I know my stomach isn't right, and hasn't been for some time. I saw a gastroenterologist (sp?) about a year ago. He was very nice and down to earth, but he kept telling me I looked good--so much better than most of his patients look. That's great, but it didn't help my symptoms. The stomach symptoms have gotten worse, as has the breathing problem. But as we all know, anxiety can produce breathing problems, or make an existing problem worse. So maybe that's a factor. I really don't know. Honestly, at this point feel like so many things are "off" that I'm reluctant to see any doctor because I know I'd sound like a hypochondriac for sure.

What Lindsey said, plus this: Your at the wrong point in File Manager. Go lower under to under This PC to where it says "Local Disk C" and left click on that. The folder tree will appear on the right side. Double click on the folder where the files concerned are located. Then proceed as explained above. I think you would benefit from working on basic PC skills. Consider any of several approaches- whether that be a community class, or getting a book like PCs for Dummies, or something similar. More information and familiarity will enhance your PC usage and eliminate any challenges you face. File manipulation, utility tools like File Manager, and other similar things are essential for any PC user to understand and know how to use. This operation that you find perplexing is really pretty basic and should not be puzzling. PCs are flexible and easy to use but just like anything else, how to accomplish various tasks or operations on a PC is something to learn, not something that's necessarily going to be obvious to do. Imagine a non-driver thinking they can get into a car and drive away without having had advance learning and training. A PC is similar in nature and no more complicated. Skills needed for usage need to be learned before they're needed. Good luck.

" Actually only noticed because bugs are coming in through it. " Cannot tell much of anything from 3" away but at the end of the day the bugs are showing there. From what I can see does not look out of the ordinary. They are getting in elsewhere. The gap at trim to wall connection is purely aesthetic and no to keep bugs out. Look for another area the bugs are coming in as fixing the wall trim gap will only lead to them coming out a different way.

Kendrah , I appreciate your input. The area underneath, between the front of the sink & vanity frame, is .75" (took another picture with a flashlight for a better view) The area underneath behind the sink (where the faucet hole is), measures ~2.75". Also included diagram of the faucet. The piece that goes underneath is smaller than the part that's above (appears to fit within the circumference of the base above). Again, in the grand scheme of this renovation, we were not married to this faucet, and would still be open to another faucet, as long as it provided equal reach/comfort/quality, and blended in with our other fixtures reasonably well. Our issue is more that we don't want to settle for a vanity top that is out of proportion visually or functionally (difficult cleaning, having to lean further forward, etc.). I'm providing the faucet pictures/info in case it turns out we picked some weirdly proportioned faucet, and that the unusual sink/faucet hole placements are a result of accomodating our faucet model (while still neglecting our window stool!) Because in that case, it would seem to be sort of 'our error', and not something we can necessarily expect the fabricator to to remedy (at their cost)? If this were the case though, I would think they would have communicated something to us like, 'hey, so you should know -- if you choose to use this faucet you will have very little space around it' or similar, before cutting the stone..
