Golden Eagle?

Hello,

While birding in the Minesing Swamp area of southern Ontario we saw a large bird being harrassed by two Ravens. We got fairly clear looks at it through our binoculars and noticed that it had no white at all on the head, breast, or tail. But did have some scattered white in the middle of the wings. In the sunlight we saw its shoulders and upper back area shine golden brown. The picture, unfortunatly, is the best out of hundreds we took. I believe it is a Golden Eagle in an intermediate stage.

I am asking however because they are not really supposed to be in our area but Bald Eagles are.

Can someone please confirm whether this is a Golden Eagle or a Bald Eagle for me please?
