little chunky brown bird - is it a Winter Wren?

I need help identifying one of the birds I've seen in my backyard. Here are the details:

Seen in: NE Pennsylvania (Monroe County)

Where seen: in my backyard at a suet feeder which hangs from a post on my deck

Body shape: small, chunky brown bird. Body shape is round. Head and back are brown, belly is lighter brown. It has an even lighter eyebrow. It has a dagger-shaped bill. It looks almost exactly like pictures of Winter Wrens I've seen, only its tail is longer and its colors are smooth, not speckled.
