In the top photo- I'd say squirrel. The 4 feet are all group together so that it appears to be hopping rather than walking. I believe rabbits have larger prints for their hind feet.

At the very least it seems to be of the canine family, you can see the claw marks in the tracks(cat's claws are retractable, will usually only be visible when they are running or pouncing)and the heel marks are much smaller than the toe marks. You're right that its not a bear track. Do you have a neighbour with a very large dog, say 90-100lbs or over? I'm not sure of their range, and it would seem unlikely that close to your house but do you have wolves where you live? I've included a link to an animal tracking website, and there is a picture of a dog track in snow towards the bottom of the page, and it looks very similar. You can also search other tracks if you think that its something else, there is a good list. It looks like rabbit tracks to me but I don't know what kind of rabbit. You can change the search word on the bottom link to jackrabbit, swamp rabbit or cottontail and look at images of those. They are thumbnails you can enlarge. This link has information about Jackrabbits in Arkansas. I saw these tracks in NE Texas in Cass County TX in a timber property looking for our dog. The rain was 2 days prior and a clear print the size of my hand like in earlier pictures here. The track was strolling down the road through the property. The stride isn't wide, say compared to a human or deer. The impression was from a larger animal with a defined claw. We've seen a lot of animals out here but nothing like this. I read one article that they saw it looking back at them but couldn't define what it was they were looking at. Keep posting maybe we will get a thermal imaging of this critter/animal/unknown species.
