New Favorite/Discoveries

I hope that someone hasn't already posted one of these for 2009. I was just wondering what new varieties that you all have tried this year that you liked and will be adding to your annual rotation of "must haves" when you do your spring sowing.

This year, I planted Sheboygan mainly because I wanted to grow plants with Wisconsin ties, this one was outstanding. It's a pink paste that just blew me away with its flavor. It will definitely be replanted next year.

As for discoveries, I either bought seed from lazy suppliers, or just drew the odd batch. I had a potato leaf Black Krim that I grew out...it was just like Black Krim in color and shape, but the flavor was insipid and the texture was mealy. I'm still waiting to see what a oxheart Delicious tomato tastes like since the one I'm growing out from Jungs is definitely not typical of the Delicious variety.
