Camp kitchen plans

Please take notice: I will NOT be sending any more plans for camp kitchen items, nor for anything else!

someone has taken advantage of a good thing, and evidently given or sold the address to spam people. The mail address i have to send the plans from is my wife's, and when i send them, this computer clicks up that address to send from!

My wife is getting TONS of spam since i have been sending plans out, so please desist from asking for them!

Sorry about that, but some people can't seem to resist the lure of money, or whatever the spam people promise them!

I'll still follow this column and offer help whenever, but no more sending plans!

your email address was probably picked up by a spambot. it's an automated program that searches websites & message boards. it collects (harvests) email addresses by collecting anything the follows the usual email address pattern:

EmailAddress@url.com

the program looks for the @ symbol & collects the adjacent text. these programs are so effective that spammers don't pay for email addresses, so i doubt it if anyone from this forum sold your email address to spammers.

so far, the majority of people that post to this forum seem to be honest & helpful. we would really hate for you to leave this forum with the thought that someone took advantage of your generosity.

just make sure you never post your email address to any forum or blog.

That would be awesome. I'm trying to borrow one. Might be able to from someone at work. Dunno though...I do have one plant i'm taking to the MTPS that is one of the 5 "Monster Cherry Tomato" plants I'm growing this year. They are the plants i'm most proud of this year & the best tomato plant i've grown in a while. I'd be happy to give it to anyone who'd loan me a tent & sleeping bag. =) It towering over 2 of the other tomato plants i'm bringing to the swap. It was planted 8 days after them, March 11th. Thanks, Cynic, but i don't think it will help! But, i can't understand, in this site, that i have posted several times that i am NOT sending out any more plans, that some dim-witted person (read GOOF) will send a message asking for the plans! Maybe they think they are funny! Well, i think they are funny--like nutty funny. And, i'm still getting requests for the plans! On the other hand, if i post an answer to a query, and then get an answer that requires more info--the site moderator tells me that i am posting under the same heading! GRRR! Why can't the site moderator just delete those old messages with the offer of plans? When i try to repost on the same question, i have to type in "dirty diapers", or some other nonsensical item, so i can do another answer to the same post----DUUUHHHH!

I use a graph, downloaded from the 'net, and opened in Microsoft Paint program. For me, it's much easier to draw a box, then zap it with the back arrow, if it doesn't look right. Also, boxes can be captured and moved around in Paint--I find that much easier than erasing and re-drawing with a pencil.

Sorry about the spam issue. I would still like to get a copy of the camp kitchen plans from someone, if possible. and good idea NOT to share e-mail address in any public forum. Thanks
