Flickers Fledging

Say that 10 times fast LOL. I can not find much info on them. I have a way up nest. Seems the Red Bellieds come first then the Flickers move in. It's been a favorite natural cavity for the larger woodpeckers since I have been here. I did read that there could be 5 or so eggs but I have never seen more than 2 woodies looking out of the hole ever. This seems to be just one male baby, but then who knows.... He is peeking and squacking up a storm. Does anyboy know how long this peeking and squacking could be before he fledges? I would love to see him off.
