I would say Yes,The last photo crop is a fledgling for sure.It is molting,You can see its orange adult feathers coming in.I do not have any fledgling around right now,But my pair have 3 in the nest box now,due to fledge in about 7-9 days,I think they will stick around with the parents through the Winter.I had 2 stay with them last year.I love seeing the gang at the feeder during the Winter.

THANKS! I am thinking the last one is a female, it is not nearly as brightly colored as the other one.
I LOVE feeding them. They come MOST every day at 9:30-10:00am
and leave and return every 20 minutes for more - If ONLY I could get the WREN to go away!! Because I have to sit there and run her off all the while, waiting on the Blues to get finished.
It takes 2 hours out of my morning!

Cool shots! That last one does look like a fledgling however it also looks like my momma does right now. She is molting and looks very rough. She has the two different colors of rust on her breast like in your photo, the duller above and the newer bright rusty color below. Mine doesn't have a tail at the moment either. My fledglings still look like fledglings though, not quite changing yet but I am thinking any day now I will see the rust color starting to pop through the spotted breast.
