When do baby birds leave the nest?

A few years ago my big old barn caved in (in winter) leaving a small part I've been using as a woodshed on one side. It's kind of learning over the street, and I've talked to a neighbor who has an excavator, who says he can cut some of the boards and push it over (in the opposite direction of the street). Aside from no longer having a woodshed, I just remembered, there seems to be birdsnests in the top, inside it somewhere. Probably the same ones that had nests under the roof of the old barn. Someone said they are probably barn swallows.Anyway, now I don't want to have the barn pushed over until I make sure the babies are gone. I have seen the parent bird(s) bringing them food, they sit on the wires and top, and wait (I guess so people watching won't know where the nests is). It's now June 12th, in VT. Does anyone have any idea when they will be gone from the next for this season?
