Second Brood has FLEDGED!! God Speed little ones!

So, I missed the 4 nestlings fledging yesterday or this morning. They were all accounted for, healthy, and loud as of early evening Wednesday, June 20th.

The reason I realized today(Day 21 after hatching) at around 4:30pm(Friday, June 22nd)that they had all fledged was because when I put out some mealworms a male and female both appeared with my whistle to let them know. They both ate some, then grabbed some and both headed to the nest intermittently. When they arrived at the nest and looked in there was not a peep to be heard from the box...normally they are all very loud as I stated earlier. I then looked in the box after a time and saw the empty nest.(which I have removed).

So, my question is this...

Are the "adults" I am witnessing do this most likely "helpers" that just don't realize that the young have fledged? I am new to all of this so I was a little concerned.

Thanks for your help and information!

Hopeful, for a 3rd brood!!!!
