Suggestions for Deck Rail Hook for Birdfeeder

Hi all. I recently purchased two Squirrel Buster Plus feeders because I was tired of buying birdseed for squirrels! They work great---after many unsuccessful attempts, the squirrels have basically stopped trying to get at the seed; and thankfully the birds have started coming back. My only problem seems to be that "something else" is draining the feeders at night and I am pretty sure it is raccoons. I have the feeders hanging from hooks attached to my deck rail; and I think the raccoons must be able to sit on the rail and reach out to the feeders without tripping the sliding perch as the squirrels do. So I imagine I need those holders that angle out from the deck rather than go straight up like the ones I have, in order to position the feeders out of reach. My problem is that the feeders are rather tall (22") and I am afraid an angled hook might put the bottom feeding area below the level of the deck rail and we wouldn't be able to see the birds! If anybody understood this long-winded explanation (!) and has any deck rail hook product suggestions, I'd really appreciate it.
