Blowfly larva.. nest change?

Hi all . I looked on Sialis and only found "black fly" is this the same thing? My 3 babies are 10 days old so I did a good nestcheck. I did not see anything on the babies. I took my hamburg flipper, lifted the nest slightly and brushed out what was under it. There were 15-20 big fat what I assume to be blowfly larve. (look and feel like short dark wax worms)? Do I need to do a nest change if there is nothing on the babies? I have a clean emergency nest from a Wren attack several years ago. I would rather not disturb the babies any more than I have to. I know there was some good information on blowfly somewhere but I dont seem to find it.

Thanks!
