Summer heat concerns.

Hello again everyone.

I currently have 5, 9- day old Tree Swallows and 5, 8-day old Bluebirds.

I live in N.E. Ohio, and we had temperatures reach 80 back in March!

This has kept me alert on highs, lows, and in between-s.

If this brood is successful, my concern shifts to a possible second brood. Today it reached 91!

By next weekend, upper 80's are forecast. By this time, the bluebirds will be around 14 days old, so no opening the box.

Can someone please suggest to me, the simplest heat shielding to use? I would also like a list of supplies I would need. The sooner, the better. Again, my main concern with this heat is the latter part of the nesting season.

Thanks!

~Tim~
