Yes we have babies!!!!!

My blues eggs hatched yesterday, when I got home from work I went out to check and 3 had hatched will check today to see if the other two have hatched.....going to be so much fun for the next several weeks. :)

Tom, do you still have any of the red limes you had at the side of the house? I was down to within an hour of Excaliber over Thanksgiving, but I couldn't bring myself to fork over $150. Sure Larry, I gave one away Sunday but still have eight left in 6" clay pots, they're about 8-10" tall now and just turning into hardwood, this is their fate in pots or they would be four times as large by now in the ground. Mac, my family and friends all thought I was crazy. I told them the blues would come when I called them and they are like....wow, she is nuts. UNTIL, they saw with their own eyes!! They do come when I call them. I love the bluebirds and I love seeing pictures of others blues and babies. It is nice to have a place where you can share great blue moments. Congratulations again. Judy Good, we had one of those surprises years ago. Brother and his wife were due, she went into labor at home and delivered a beautiful little girl. A few minutes later she had to push and out came another little girl. Identical twin girls. My sister in law hadn't had a ultra sound. It was her third and she didn't feel the need.

I'm very happy for you.Yes,it is a lot of fun for the next17 days and afterwards.Very often they will follow their parents to the meal worm feeder.

thanks for all the congrats I do so love these birds, but only 3 of the 5 eggs hatched but maybe she'll be lucky on her next nesting that they'll all hatch.
