Hi mscajnunpie, When these canisters arrived, the glass part of the two pictured on the left were broken to bits. They were originally the "cut glass" pattern of the right one. I know you can't see this in the pic. I loved them so much and contacted seller to find a replacement. She bought them off ebay originally and didn't know manufacturer. I finally found glass vases at a craft store and glued them into the base of the two broken ones as I was determined to make it work somehow. Sorry I can't give you a manufacturer/vendor name. The tops and bases are a resin material and there's no company markings on them. If I knew where they originally came from, I'd be happy to share and I would have ordered more myself. I'd just keep searching ebay, maybe another set will pop up. Sorry to not be more help.

Hi everyone, Thank you for all of the compliments - it means a lot from this forum:) The pulls are not very deep but do have a solid heavy feel, so if depth is an isue they may not be for everyone but we both have slim digitis - my hubby more so than I. We do NOT touch the doors using the pulls if that helps. Also our cab co. markets these as full overlay but they obviously are not but boy are they well made - shoud last 100 years. Our GC said they needed no adjustments at all to hang perfectly - perfectly square. And solid as a rock. You could Kahle's and ask - they are in PA. I bet they would be happy to answer any questions. Or Bill at J&L lumber in New castle DE (he is SO sick of me so don't mention me:). At Avalon the tile (floor and BS) was a bit under $10/sq ft price wise (closer to $6 I think) - good bargains. They are only in this area.

Thanks Diane and Casey! I just got off the phone w/ the lighting store people and I'm ordering the 10W (2 5-watts per clip, therefor warmer glow version) Xenons. I'm really into dimming (kinda psycho dimmer, really!) which is more than half the reason I'm getting under-cab lights (for ambience and very low-light) so will be getting a transformer. I found out that the buzzing sound is only an issue if you get a magnetic transformer that's maxed out, and that flickering happens (another thing I want to avoid if possible) if you get an electronic transformer that's maxed out. I'll probably go w/ magnetic in the end, but really it depends on whether or not Rejuvenation House Parts (local company) sells single-pole push-button lights w/ dimmers for electronic or magnetic low-voltage. I'll have to go with whatever transformer would go with what they sell, if they even sell anything that would go with either of these! I REALLY wanted push-button just because the whole house has push-button and I think it adds some charm to the relatively period kitchen. Side note: I just found out my disposal can be on a push-button plate which I'm kinda happy about. I couldn't do the air switch as most do these days, cause my faucet's wall-mounted (w/ built-in sprayer) so I was able to avoid having anything else in the counter besides the sink! :) I was kinda bummed at the thought of getting a traditional light switch for the disposal but push-button sounds a bit more fun - haha. Thanks for reading the ramblings...

You can have a light rail that looks like a slight extension of the cabinet bottom, without fuss. Sorry I don't have a better pic of ours, but this shows what I mean fairly well... It's pretty simple, and you can only really notice that it's an add on if you look at it from the side. From the front, the edge lines up with the cabinet door, so it's really not noticeable at all. Could something like this work for you?
