Hey April Birthdays -- HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU ALL! I hope you are enjoying your month. And best of all, the month isn't over and at least one of us still needs to get some out yet! That would be me :) Alwaysagarden, could you drop me an email with addresses? Or someone. I remember getting an email that said to save it and um, well, I failed. I have kinda been a bit lost. I've been working full time for 3 months now and job will probably last another 2 months at least. I'm not used to full time. It puts a big cramp in my old routine! I love part time where there was actually time for email, internet, hobbies! And now garden time is approaching FAST! I recently found a fantastic variety of commercial seeds which surprized me -- at a local feed store! I can't wait to get back there! And I really feel a deep NEED to spend some time at the nurseries in town!!! And this job is depriving me of my addiction! Actually I'm just kidding. So glad to have the job to have the money to spend. Anyway, I haven't posted much but you April birthdays are on my mind and will do what i can soon.

LOL! Carol, don't worry about Stella. In this house (according to her) it's all about Stella! Those two cats are still rolling around in the catnip, and enjoying a bite of it too, from time to time. I've got a couple of stoners here! I tried to hide the package from them, but they found it while I was at work and "spread the love" all over the office while I was at work. I swept it back up, but they'll probably be into it again today. Who needs cable when I've got Bump and Stella for entertainment? ((chuckle)) And the birthday goes on! This is sooo cool! Yesterday I received 2 great cards in the mail, one from Sue/suecirish and one from Andrea/appaloosa909. They both had some great seeds in them. THANK YOU LADIES!!! After this month, I kind of pity the seed companies. I don't think I'll be making a seed order for next year. I'm getting plenty of seeds from my friends here on the GW! Lol!..... Thank-you all! Wonderful day. Work went. Didn't get much done but no disasters. Stuck on what to get michael for his birthday. Lyra got a new blouse. Suppose a gift in itself not to want anything. Oh. Mah. Gawd. You guys are freaks -- freaks, I tell you! And I love you all the more because you're so freeeeaky! There is some amazingly awesome stuff in this thread. Makes me want to add even more bizarre stuff to my house, because, really, who wants to live without humor and whimsy and ... freakishness in their lives? ;-D Well, I'm the only person I know of whose house is Tudor cottage in the outside, Little Mexico on the inside. What's odd is that I recently learned from the woman who grew up in the house in the 40's that her mother was fluent in Spanish and had a love affair going on with the Latino culture. I had sent this woman some current house pix, and she said her mother would have loved it. Here are a few of my oddities: This hideous little truck - how I love it! It's moved from my kitchen to my living room mantle. My nephew came over one day and played with it, and ended up gouging the wooden bun feet of my sofa with it. ::sigh:: I have a Tatouage chicken on my hallway wall: There's a rusting rooster guarding my side entry: And a scary troll dude sitting on my front porch.
