Every single new leaf that has come up gets brown tips before it unfolds and will end up like the others in the picture and eventually the whole stock dies and the stalk just falls off. I have tried trimming the bad leaves by cutting them to take stress off the plant but that has not helped. That is what you see that may look like new leaves, but it is not. This has been going on for almost a year, and at one time it was a full beautiful plant. I have had the plant in several locations in my home with more light then low light and then more light. I read that someone in another thread posted how they put theirs in the bathroom for warmth and humidity and since we have a sunlight in ours, I figured I would try that, but not directly under the light. I dont know how I feel about putting it on the porch since we have animals that may disturb it. I don't know if it needs fertilizer and what kind? I'm worried at this point it may kill it. I have never fertilized it (but never did any of my ivy plants and they were ok). I'm wondering if it is disease.

Sigh...another partial floor renovation with a man-made product. I'm sorry you have to learn this the hard way. Man-made products like laminate, vinyl, engineered hardwood, factory finished hardwood, etc have a shelf-life of (roughly) 24 months. Once they have had their day, they disappear forever. The big manufacturers need to stay on trend so that customers can find what they want RIGHT NOW! If the manufacturers let their lines go stale they lose out on millions of dollars worth of sales each month. It's how they renew themselves when they sell products that can 'live' for 25 years. So what to do? Not much. You will either move to something completely different, or start over. If it has been more than 2 years since you installed your floor, you will be hard pressed to find enough of the product to satisfy a medium sized renovation (200sf) let alone 'the rest of the house'. Please show us pics. There may be some on Houzz who can find you a decent look alike.

MyerMike - I have an Iphone. I can edit, I do see the 3 little dots but I use Safari, not the app. IIRC, someone on here said Safari worked better than the app? The prob. I have (and wonder if you or other apple users have had as well) is that when I type, after the 1st sentence or so, the words start showing up on a delay, like Im typing away but no words showing up on my post but then a few seconds later, ALL the words start showing up quickly, all at once, that I just typed. Really annoying!! Earlier today I tried to respond to a post on here & I got the ”OOPS! This page cannot be found” error msg for about an hour. I think the site went down?
