Novice Gardener Burnt tomato plant. Help?

Hello,

I'm a fairly new gardener and I've made a mistake with one of my tomato plants this year. I've been sweating bullets this year because of reports of the late blight in my area(which destroyed all my plants last year), so I've been extra careful to watch my plants closely. Two days ago I noticed that I had ,in retrospect, a minor aphid infestation. I instantly go to the web and find a recipe for using diluted dish liquid as an aphid killer. Except I misread the post and used WAY too much dishliquid and ended up burning most of the plants leaves.

Any thing I should do at this point? Sould I remove the dead leaves? Should I just let nature take it's course and hope for the best? Any thoughts would be helpfull. I am just going to chalk this up to a learning experence. I have to laugh though, it was one of my most promising plants this year counting 16 unripen tomatoes on the plant today.

Here is some pictures of what it looks like now.
