Thanks April - I just went and voted. Some of those barns are so beautiful...it's sad to see them delapidate. There is a huge old Scandinavian style across the street from where we used to live. Probably turn of the 20th century, but an absolutely beautiful building. It's been partially restored, but I think the owners gave up on it.

It's pretty awesome that Campbells is helping out to save a few of them.

hello
well I'm as ready as I'm gonna be, only a few frozen meals in the fridge, my hubby just dosent like to cook, it will be take out and sandwiches for a wile. I got te aviary in the basement cleaned out( I have finches and a banie rooster and hen in there), the hamster and guinnea pig cages are cleaned, the plants are watered, the dishes and laundry are done and the shopping is done. I get to do a clear liquids diet for tomarow (yippee)so Timmy helped me make up a few bowles of jello.
I have some gardening and quilting mags to take to the hospital, and a mini quilt all set in the frame to work on when I'm home.

looks like everyone is enjoying the bingo(santa) I'll check in when I get back on my feet.

I know we're like the second latest in the US...we have friends in HI...lol we're actually three hours ahead of them. It's so strange counting that direction.

Where abouts in OR? I have a huge family in OR...northeren from Portland to Salem.

They live in Hippiegene...I mean Eugene! I love it out that way. I've been trying to get the hubby to move out there for about 8 years now.This is the 1st year we didn't visit.

LOL Hippiegene so true! DH has one of 8 uncles from his Father's side, that lived in OR but populated the area with his 14 children and now the Grandchildren...lotsa them too lol. Most of DH's family believes in BIG families. We have 1...we're the blacksheep hehe.

Hey, Toni...we're the opposite black sheep here. My dad had 11 brothers & sisters, mom had 6...so everyone one of THEM decided to have no more than 3 each. I only have 2 brothers.
But hubby and I have 6, with #7 on the way. LOL Everyone thinks we're nuts. The first in our family since the grandparents to have more than 3 kids. Even grandma thinks we're kinda insane.
But, we don't plan on stopping any time soon, so who knows? I'm only 31, hubby's 29. Lots of child-bearing years left for us. :D
