Need perennial vine suggestions for arbor (pics)

Below are pictures of our arbor. I would like to plant perennial vine(s) on it. In the past I have planted annuals, but don't like the fact that in my zone 4/5 garden the arbor is bare for most of the summer, waiting for the vine to grow.

As you can see from the pictures, the arbor is shaded for part of the day. It faces west/southwest. However it is shaded from the east by a shed and the tree canopy for the morning hours. It does receive sun from early afternoon until early evening.

Any/all suggestions welcome. Would like something that blooms, as I have bittersweet planted on the fence along side of the arbor, and it is basically a green machine for most of the summer.

These pictures were taken in the evening when it was shaded or on an overcast day without sun.(my camera does best then)
