How many tomatoes can a plant hold at once?

I've got a dozen plants in the garden and they're about 3 feet high. The first flowers didn't set fruit (the nights were too cold). Well the plants sent out a ton of flowers and they've ALL seemed to pollinate. I have a Brandy Boy that has at least 30 tiny little tomatoes growing. There are a few trusses with 7-8 tomatoes each. Those fruits are supposed to get rather large. My question is how much fruit can one plant support at a time. Will it drop some fruit? Will all the fruit be smaller than usual? Will the plants take longer to grow the tomatoes?

By the way, I deserve a problem like this after last years disaster.
