Black dots on tomatoe seedling leaves

Hoping someone can help. I've noticed within the last couple days, maybe it was before that, but there are little black dots all over my most of my seedling leaves. I'll try to post some photos.

There is also a green tint to the top of the soil on some cells. I used seed starting mix, and only water when they begin to dry out. I may try the chamomile tea misting for the green stuff, but I don't know what the black dots are or if they are normal. Does anyone see any problems?

Here is an overall shot of the seedlings today, at 16 days since planting. Only took most 2 days to germinate, all within 5.

Here they are at 6 days.

No black dots on them then. Anyone? I'm getting nervous now, since I don't remember seeing them look like this last year.

Thanks,

chris
