Thought I'd start a new Thread for everyone who hasn't received their boxes yet. The other one is almost full.

Louise - I received my wonderful box from you. You are so kind and thoughtful...you seem to know just how to please!

I received some wonderful seeds and even another bag of "extras"!
a cute deck of playing cards with flowers on them
A froggie pot stake and a froggie pot sitter
Plants: Voodoo Sedum (I've been wanting this!), Ellacombianum and a lavender daylily
An angel figurine
jeweled pot hangers
four gardening magazines (amazing - I don't have any of these - these are great!)
and
a wonderful hardcover book on container gardening (just perfect for me!)

Thanks for being such a great partner!

(P.S. delivery confirmation says Louise got her box this week, hope she liked it!)

I did get the box. Thank you so much. I love everything.
I'm so happy the plants got to you without getting cooked along the way. It got so hot here and I know it's much hotter in AZ.
BTW - the perennial snap dragons I sent you are
'Antirrhinum braun-blanquetti' (I had to look up the spelling on that]

Several daylilies (that I really, really wanted)
Great smelling tart and tart burner
and a cute little Begonia (looks great on my deck)

Second round rec'd today - thanks so much Kim! This should just about take care of the final few jugs of wintersowing I had left; very ready to be done with it :-). Will get the stamps out to you ASAP. For all the gripes I have with the PO, they did manage to get them here durn quickly I think, and for that I thank them; and I thoroughly understand, Kim... I'm not good with numbers myself... words yes, numbers no way. ;-) Re the move, Kim and stage_rat, that's just been a dream of mine for 20+ years... not going to happen any time soon (if ever). Yes, need to let things settle here I guess; I do tend to cut and run when things get bad (or just turn my music up really loud). My mom and dad moved 80 miles away several years ago (to get out of the city), and now my mom tells me I can't move to Oregon until *they* die... (???!!!) lol. This from the woman who moved away from her whole family in PA to *TX* and then eventually to *MO*. lolol. And she's only half kidding when she says I have to wait. Sooooo, here's hoping I survive long enough to move to Oregon. :-) Anywho, thanks for the kind words, and again thanks for the great swap and the great seeds. Best wishes to all. Terri

Jeanne - you know me :) I never can keep track of 'names' be it people or plants LOL IMO if it is an Iris or a Daylily - who cares what its name is? They are all pretty! Although... It did finally find all the little peices of paper that I wrote down and plotted out of my Iris beds and Daylilys from 3 years ago when I planted new ones. Some have been moved and others went to that Big Garden in the sky :( but now when they bloom I will 'maybe' be able to guess which one is which! Becki ~ you need to convince your Hubby to give lessons to others that are not as thoughtful about the things you love! Wow, he did a great job! The 'man' that I said yes to 6 years ago, and I am using that word loosely right now GRRRRR! - let his new puppy (he was watching her!) eat, chew up and completly DESTROY!! my newest Tree Peony, a red Angel Trumpet & 4 flats of seedlings that I have been lovingly growing for about 4 weeks, along with the containers they were in. I heard the ruckus and rescued the 2 remaining pots of Angel Trumpets but I am going to be out of town for the next 3 days. For both of their sakes - they better take VERY good care of what is left! One good thing about being out of town - I get to go to dinner one night with my oldest sister and the next night with a good friend from high school :) Should be a good time except for the meetings I have to sit through... LOL Marie

Hi, everyone! I just got a box delivered by my wonderful UPS man (of course I had no idea he was coming and I looked horrible - go figure!) from Tammy! Thank you so much, Tammy! She also sent a thank you for the box that I sent, so I am happy to see she got it! Tammy sent me: Potentilla 'Goldfinger' a Geranium a plant that I'm not sure what it is, but it's got a bud! Daylily 'Sherry Lane Carr' with buds! OK - here's what I have as far as pre-arranged trades: Brenda - for lunch, I'm bringing obedient plant and some salvias. Cheryl - for painted pots, I'm bringing striped cannas. Heather, for a daylily and Danish flag poppy seeds, I am bringing a rooted Confederate rose cutting and winter honeysuckle. Nik - for white iris, tiny pecan, and raspberry, I am bringing two of the primrose jasmine (and your pick of something else). Pam - for short yellow cannas, I am bringing striped cannas (Pretoria and Tropicana). Phyllis - for blue sedum and a pink lily, I am bringing Carolina buckthorn and a primrose jasmine. Sally - for sweet flag, I am bringing elderberries. Susan - for bog sage and solidago fireworks, I am bringing some rooted fig cuttings (and care info) plus your pick of anything that catches your fancy. Just to list some extras that I hope to remember: : bay leaves (if I remember where I put the bag of them) - these are also good for keeping bugs out of your pantry, even if you don't cook with them. : Carolina buckthorn : Cashmere bouquet : Eastern red cedar seedlings : Elderberries : Hall's honeysuckle : obedient plant : a friend with a lot of great stuff of her own potted up Can't wait! I received my package from pixiesluvplants today. Thank you so much! I got lots and lots of seeds and a lovely flower pot that I think Pixie must have made herself. It is so pretty! Also, some magazines that I will enjoy during this hot weather and some plant markers.

Here are a few of the types of seeds that were included:

Smiles Jeanne, I am so happy that you got the box. I am happy you like what I sent and I am so sorry about you having to wait so long to get it. I did paint the flower pot and put the leaves on it and am happy you like it.
