My buddy was 'DaWiff' [she already stated it] But i knew from the begining of receiving the package who my buddy was, it wasn't some mystik insight that told me that, lol.. My buddy wrote me a nice letter with her name on it... I did the same to my buddy....

Tina, your boxes came from Santa. He TOLD you so himself in the letter he wrote to you. Don't you remember? Santa is very kind though, and he knows how much I enjoy searching and trying to fulfill heartfelt wishes for special people. So, he allowed me to have a go at fulfilling yours. It was a pleasure.

It's very difficult for secret senders to mask their identities. From the start, I put in effort to cloak mine so that you would know that your surprises really were from Santa, and since you could not be sure of a particular name, in a round about way, they could continue to seem to be from any or all of us. Your confusion delighted me! It stretched out the fun of the swap.

My kiddos have always continued to believe in Santa long past the ages of other children. LOL I just continue to leave them w/seeds of doubt when they think they know it's parents behind the day.

Earthly, you shouldn't think you had a good swap; you should be like the rest of us and know it.

carol, yes indeed, please take credit where credit is due. i have been involved in swaps, but never had one on my own. between you and sue, i feel i learned how to go about this. so i do thank you for your expertise. i'm also keeping my paws cross for the little one. i'm about to go to a shelter that's just over the state line and find me another dog or two. they are closing and there's not a lot of room for them in some of the other shelters. since i hate to even think of what it might mean for some of these critters, i'll do my part to see if there's anyone there we can all love. my baby has to have the seal of approval, and she's very territorial, so she'll go "shopping" with us.

mud, i too enjoyed tina's confusion. i think it was great that she was working down the list. i would have liked to have heard who her next guess was, but she had help taking the blinders off. funny too, because when you read the past posts, it jumps at you! lol

muddy, in this house, if you don't believe in the man in the red suit, he just doesn't deliver. i still believe - after all, someone "has to be" santa, so there is a santa.

ladies, seriously, i have so enjoyed being in this and other swaps with you. you are all a fine group of women as well as gardeners, and give me great laughs, insight, advice and warmth. it is always a pleasure to be in your company, as well as to walk around my property and see a piece of each of you -- that is just so exceptional to me.

well, i'm off to take my not so DS to the hospital to have his hand operated on. he broke it and they have to set it and put pins in today. O U C H -- better him than me. naturally, it's his dominant hand so he's real helpless. but then that's an oxymoron isn't it helpless/man???? (j/k sort of)

My last job as a humane society manager, I was told that when I was gone the board had decided to start over and put down all the dogs. we had two days before our next home was ready so we camped out in a state park for two days, I took all the dogs with me so had 24 dogs and puppies. I found homes for all but two which I kept,when I met my husband he wasn't an animal lover and said I could have one male cat. he now helps feed these new babies, just a story to share, earthly the swap was all you and great.I only take credit for my swaps although they are made great by the people in them. looking forward to your next one.
