depleted soil

I bought a self soil test last weekend and performed the test to all instructions(except ph test, haven't got to that yet). N, P, and K all came back depleted, which doesnt' surprise me b/c i didn't start with great soil. I have since added composted cow manure, and quite a bit of peat. My question is now what is the best way to get those nutrients back in the soil for my tomatoes? I can't seem to find an organic fertilizer such as Epsome Tomoto Tone here in Tulsa. I have osmocote 14-14-14 and i have bonemeal and bloodmeal. Should i use one or all of those? Maybe the Osmocote by itself, or just the meals and find a potash source?

I am working on building the soil in my 12ft by 4 ft raised bed garden. It started as just basic top soil with some manure in it but thats it. Any help would be great.

Thanks
