Pictures & Question about separating young SA plants

I'm attaching a link to pictures of my plants. I just got Tropical guava & Emporer Lychee plants from Nipa Hut Gardens and Golden Sugar apple plants off of ebay. The SA are all planted all came in the same pot (which I knew when I got it). It appears they've been kept together in a 4" pot since sprouting and so their roots are all in that small area. They appear healthy otherwise. The soil they were in seems like regular dirt (I'm not knowledgable about soil/dirt though)- they are now planted in a bigger container with peat moss, pelite and vermiculite, but I wasn't sure about separating them. Is there a way to separate plants that are so interwoven? Will they continue to grow just fine together? The pictures have the base of the plant to show how close they are.

The other plants in the pictures are my young carambola and seedlings, miracle fruit, coco plum and miniature rose. Also pictured is my "Apartment greenhouse".
