I'm growing under a Black walnut tree...

I move into this place last fall and discovered the tree in my backyard is poison to Tomatoes. I'm growing Chocalate and black Prince tomato, Purple corn, Sunflower and Habenero peppers. The Tree has been cut down some. It stil though has a Canopy and I'm right under the dripline..

So is my Tomatos doomed? Is my whole garden doomed?

I'm really pissed off now.. damn walnuts. Who planted these things?? There horrible.. Also had squirrels living my attic the whole winter and I think they were surviving off walnuts that had stored in the attic. Walnut trees are just trouble of all degrees!
