Will determinate tomato clones fruit from a spent mother plant?

I grew determinate Tiny Tim tomato plants in hydroponics indoors all winter. They flowered, have fruit currently and have stopped flowering. I took the lead growing tips and cloned them. They rooted and look great. Will they flower or did they inherit the mother plant's genetic clock that says "game over"? Currently they are about 15 days old from the clone date and are growing bigger.

Secondly is there a secret trick to get the mother plant to produce again? It still is growing, just not flowering any more.

I searched the internet and found no real answer.
