Help--do I repot now or wait

I have seedlings that are about 12 days from germination. Most all germinated by day 4 so the seedlings are about 8 days old. Only some have started to get their first true leaves and all of them are pretty leggy.

My dilemma is that I have to go out of town on Tuesday for ~ 2 weeks and I have to leave them with someone to take care of. This person is a co-worker and I don't want to burden him with anything other than watering. Should I repot now, or should I just wait until I return at the beginning of March? By that time they will be 3 to 3 1/2 weeks old and am worried about them outgrowing the tray they are in now. This is a 72 cell tray and the cells are only about 2x2x3.

If I repot now, how do I go about repotting (I have never done it before on plants this small with no established root system)? If necessary, I can post pics.
