See link on pear scab (aka blackspot). As I mentioned earlier, immunox should take care of it, although as the article says, it's not as severe or devastating as apple scab. Regarding your apples, I posit leafhopper b/c the upper leaves of your apples are curled, a result of the leafhoppers sucking the sap out of them. If you can kill the leafhopper nymphs (often seen on underside of leaves) it will be easier to control damage in future. Insecticidal soap, pyrethrins, and imidacloprid are all apparently effective, esp. the last as it's systemic in leaves -ie suck the sap, and bang your dead:).Honestly, you could probably ignore all of it and be OK, as they're not devastating issues. I can't tell by the pics. It just looks like brown spots. It might help if I could see really close pics to examine the leaf blades. Hopefully, someone else will be more helpful. Or to know for certain, you can take samples to your nearest University of Wisconsin Cooperative Extension Service for diagnosis. Call them for sample kit and instructions.

I forgot the obvious, Safer's Soap, never did did say my suggestions was good for other species, nor would be safe for tree and shrubs, nor pesticides used for tree and shrubs would be safe for indoor plants. We did say not to over do it. What I suggested Mealies should die instantly, then wash them off with clear water, I said to change out the soil as well, and kill ants. Soap and water will also do the job. Then wash it off. The sticky stuff on the leaves could be sap coming out of the hydraods from overwatering, this is to prevent them from drowning. In all insturctions given especailly from non-professionals, you must use some common sense, and very good judgement, Cactus and succulents, are not like coommon shrugs, and trees, so you don't fertilize spray, or what ever what the same products, they are far too strong, if in doubt don't, just toss out the plant, I will send 'Jade' plants to any one willing to send the postge first. I will not charge you for handling or the plant. So just let me know if you managed to kill it. Its hard to tell from the pic but your tree doesn't look too bad. It might not even have anthracnose, those look like burnt leaf tips caused by wind or overfertilization. You should check the undersids of the leaves with a magnifying glass in good light to see if you notice any mites on the undersides of the leaves. Just to be safe, you can pick up some broad spectrum insect plus disease control. They should have these at Home Depot or your local gardening center. If you want to go the natural route, you may want to try Neem oil. Simon
