High winds and square foot gardens

Hi! I'm new and trying to set up my square foot gardens. I've built them before, but we've moved and my new area is concerning me. I live in a very windy area! I should have figured that out by the windmills! I'm concerned with how this will work. Especially with my trellises! I'm using the existing flower beds around the perimeter of the house for my beds to park my boxes on. The boxes will be 3 x 4 and 3 x 3 with the trellises in the back against the house.

Is there a way to secure the trellises and the boxes to the ground very safely? Last week our neighbor had their very large trampoline picked up by the wind, pushed over their fence and took it down the way. I've been told by neighbors that we have a storm that will knock down fences every year as well.

I'm also trying to figure out what to do with mulch as well. Everything not bolted down gets taken away by the wind! Any ideas or experience would be wonderful!
