Mr Vaden: For the forseeable future I may not be able to get away. My wife and I talk often about going back to see the redwoods, but we have some responsibilities here for the time being that make things difficult. And I am not in very good hiking shape either, although for someone almost 70 years old I am in remarkable shape. 10 miles round trip would be OK, anything over rough terrain much further could be a problem. But then I could work myself into better shape. If my situation changes and I can see myself getting out there, I will contact you, at the very least for some advice about where to go and what to see. Olympic National Forest--or did you mean National Park? Two of my more memorable hikes from long ago were my hikes into the Hoh and Queets river valleys to find the national champion Sitka spruce and Douglas fir trees (at that time). At the time the trails were very small/weakly marked so I felt like I was really in the wilderness. Amazing forests! --Spruce

I agree go to the LzD forum and post under the analysis and malware removal area, explain in detail what is happening, you will get assistance. If you need help posting there let me know I can help you with that.

We have Lauzon engineered flooring. Dh did not use Lauzon's sealer or adhesive, he used Bostik adhesive. We did not seal the total area of concrete subfloor. However, we did use a Moisture Vapor Protection substance (also made by Bostik) on some portions of the concrete. It's been (almost) 5 years and not a single problem. Hopefully, that will continue! Below, I have a link to my old post. If you scroll down almost to the end, you'll see where I talk about the trowel size/dimensions. Lauzon had specifics about that (for the glue down process). Inside each box of boards, Lauzon has installation instructions. Trowel info is included in those instructions. We used the square edge boards, too. I hope you post pictures when done. I would love to see the African Sapele installed! Here is a link that might be useful: My Flooring Post - 5 Years Ago

Do you have end tables and lamps on each side, because that may affect the placement. Also, I would be sure the mirror is hung in the right spot first - take a good look and be sure - before you hang the sconces. The other thing to consider is the style of the sconces. I would think you might want the area from which the light eminates to hit about midpoint on the mirror sides, but that could depend on how much of the sconce falls below or above that point. Any chance of getting pix or a link to the light?
