view1ny, I am sorry, but I did not take any pictures. I was just too busy getting the new garden together to even think of that. However, have you tried Google Images? It is a very nicely shaped bush so far and is over 3' in height. My new location obviously favours the growing of roses! Am currently working on another order with Palatine. Most of them will be floribundas and shrubs, as the 20+ of those that I planted (also DA's) are all doing extremely well too. I have no disease issues and I want a wider variety of colour, such as yellows and oranges and blends. The historics just don't offer that.

Linda is a great source of some uncommon roses. I've ordered from her for several years, both from her website and from eBay. WONDERFUL lady to deal with. Now she's custom rooting some of Kim Rupert's roses I begged (pestered, cajoled...) Kim to send her. I can't wait until next Spring...welllllll, I guess I DO have to wait, lol. It never surprises me when I hear someone is happy with Long Ago Roses. John

Thank you all for comments! I'm super excited about Old Blush and curious about Crepsucule (I'm up for the challenge and think it will be glorious, but trying to manage my expectations). There will be some unknowns with this group, as they are going in containers, but if I keep the numbers down I think I can give them the attention they require.

Judith: Pumice is porous volcanic rocks with neutral pH, versus red and black lava rock at high pH over 9. Pumice comes in smaller particles, and used for growing succulents with its fast drainage. Pumice is very expensive at over $25 for 3 gallons, versus I can get a 40 lb. of lava rock for $6 at Menards store.
