Hi, For me the fastest way is putting the potato in a pot with wet sand -or- wet peat moss -or- wet coir. I have done the potato in jar of water also and it works but last year I did the wet coir and wet peat moss and was really satisfied with the results. I did keep the pot warm at around 75 degrees with a soil heat cable. You can get the cables from e*bay or other sites online. I have not tried it but have read that you can put the potato in wet sand and cover it with black or clear plastic -- then put the pot in hot sun to keep it warm. The warmth makes the slips grow faster. DL

Easy way is simply network them and move files across the network. Depending on the total size of the files you can use a usb flash drive, insert into laptop copy files to usb drive, safely remove icon, insert into pc copy files from the usb drive to the pc The size of the files would determine the size of usb thumb drive to buy, but they are very inexpensive and can be bought anywhere including walmart and bigots, I have several from there. If laptop has dvd you can copy to disks also, lots of ways to go.

Have the kids wear some old socks on their hands & feet when they swim and make a game out of it - seriously. Or, can you partially close the valve on your main drain(s) thereby increasing the suction at your skimmer and vacuum manually?

You didn't say which sinks you want, so I couldn't look them up to see which websites have them in stock. In any case, we bought our Blancoprecis silgranit Super Single from homeandstone.com. We were not in a hurry, but nevertheless received the sink 2 days after placing the order. The price was competitive too, and shipping was FREE. I was happy to see they are a Blanco Authorized Dealer, since I'd heard some stories about non-authorized dealers and defective merchandise. Our sink was packed very well, as if it were fine china. I just noticed the homeandstone website is offering an additional sale this weekend of 10% if over $499. I would call them, and see if they have your sinks in stock, and how long it would take to get them to you. While they offer free shipping, which was pretty speedy for us, perhaps they also offer expedited shipping for an additional cost. We too switched our plans from stainless to silgranit. The best decision for us! We've had the sink installed about a month now, and it's the greatest. No more water spots, scratches and dinginess of stainless. BTW, why to you need the sinks so fast?
