Will gladly remove any shady links. Is Baker's Creek the same as/equal to Dale Baker's site?

Update: I went ahead and pulled BC from the list too. From what I've found in a quick GW search they have very poor germination rates among other problems. If anyone feels they really belong on the list, please start another thread for discussion and I'll reconsider.

the New Mexico institute is a great seed source. I see that you had it under research but that is where I got a lot of interesting ornamental and super hot seeds before finding this forum and other seed sources.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the "Numex" seen in a lot of pepper names means it was developed at the institute.

I've ordered from Baker Creek the last 3 years. Only last
year did I have germination issue with one pepper variety.
I let them know and they quickly replaced the seed from a
different lot number, and they germinated just fine. I would
still order from them.

I did not see Tomato Growers Supply on your list, or maybe
I missed it. I will be ordering from them this year. Some
have germination issues with them. I don't, but I also never
plant a whole pack of seeds.

I'm bumping this thread in the hopes the original post will show up the full list. It's chopped in half ATM.

I bought seeds last May from Territorial Seed Co and from Baker Creek. That was after my experience with 110 Bhut Jolokia seedlings. I only planted twelve each, of Lemon Drops and of Melrose Pepper. All of them came up and were planted in the garden. Mary
