Making Hot Sauce At Home!

I know that I have probably just missed the discussions on this in the past but I am really getting restless to try and make my own Garlic, Jalapeno, Hatch NM Sauce!

Do you really need to ferment the ingredients?

Anyone know about adding a LOT of fresh garlic to a Hot Sauce?? (I want to make it a 50/50 garlic/chili Hot Sauce!)

What are YOUR recipes if you donÂt keep them "Top Secret"!

I canÂt wait for the discussion to begin!!
