Itea "Lttle Henry"

I asked my landlord to trim the large ash tree in the front yard, hard by the NE corner of the house - and he had it cut down! Now my sun levels - and those of my neighbor to the north, more drastically, have changed.

A good thing is the removal has opened up some areas for planting ornamentals. I saw a pic of this Itea in a catalog, sounds wonderful there, low mound, light green leaves w/ white flower spikes and turns red in fall, claims full sun to full shade OK.

Has anyone grown this here, or have any advice?

Found someone in NH (Zone 4/5) in the Perrennials forum who had no luck with this, just failed to thrive and died back, tho itea japonica were thriving nearby. Probably iffy for here.
