??? for winter sowers here....

Since we've just moved here a couple of months ago, I am having to improvise with my winter sowing. I bought a couple bags of styro cups, labeled each cup front and back, planted seeds, then placed them in soda crate things and then into blanket bags that zip closed. I used clothes pins to make sure the top doesn't fall if they are covered by snow and to keep part of the side open for airation.

Walmart has some great storage/blanket bags with handles no less for under $5 that work great.

Now to my point... do you think I should also make a couple of slits in the tops to allow moisture in? Or, will they be ok as long as I don't drop them again. Can't tell ya how much fun that was. I was so ticked I quit for the day!!!

Thanks guys! Y'all ROCK!!!
