Hot Peppers: Too hot?

mypebbles

I made a beautiful batch of fresh salsa: jalepenos, ceyenne, sorreno (sp?). Cilantro, fresh tomoatoes, red onion, lime juice. I took out the ribs and seeds of the peppers. Everything is raw and chopped in the blender. It is delicious! However, while it tastes great, it's going down way hotter than I had planned. Is there a suggestion for eliminating some of the heat? I can normally take very hot salsa but this one really did me in. Thank you!
