That's easy to tell, even if you don't read Czech: several of their original WBs were given the cultivar name Holub, as you can see in the photo captions. Specifically, according to this excerpt from the web site, "V soucastnosti ji máme vyÂlechteno kolem 70 námi nalezených carovejníkù, z nich bezesporu nejznámejÂí je Thuja Occidentalis Malonyana Holub.color>" ...which translates to "currently we have about 70 WBs in cultivation that were discovered by us, from which the undisputed best known is Thuja Occidentalis Malonyana Holub".

I sent them another follow up e-mail and they assure me that it will ship tomorrow for a Friday delivery. I have read the garden watchdog reviews for HVH and find their lack of communication with customers after the sale unnerving. I worked for an internet computer component company and the customer was e-mailed every step of the way. I don't understand why some of these companies cannot simply say in one to two days from the day of order "I have your order, I won't be able to ship it out 'till next week." I would have fine with that.

The address given above for that French exchange one isn't Ventmarin. It's totally different. My tip off was when I saw that eone can register and get seeds.No seeds are offered at Ventmarin, but it's a great place to wander about from time to time, especially if looking for info on very rare varieties. My memory isn't great but I think Ventmarin lists several thousands of varieties and most with pictures. Another good one, but just for pictures, is Reinhard Kraft's Photogallerie. Just enter his name at Google and up will pop his site. A friend of his, Herr Hahm does sell seeds, the link is that site, but many of them are available in the USA and his list is in German. There are many many tomato varieties from overseas that are not well known here in the US b'c they aren't listed at the most common seed sources, but many of them are listed in the SSE Yearbook for members to request from other members. And I don't mean the Public SSE catalog/website from which anyone can order seeds b'c the 4000 or so tomato varieties in the Yearbook are available only to SSE members. And it's the many SSE members from overseas and expats in the US and Canada who have also contributed many wonderful varieties to the YEarbook listings. Carolyn

Thank you for posting that website! I've been on the hunt for the perfect moose knob for hubby and something kinda special for me. While most of our cabinets will have standard pulls, I really wanted something tucked away that would make me smile every time I walked into the kitchen. That moose will do it for DH and the musical knob I found for me will do it for me! I have been looking forever for the "perfect" ones, so thank you again very much!
