Step after stem cuttings root

I, never having done this before, recently, propogated Anthony Waterer Spirea and Weigela (Java, W-n-Roses, Variegated) via stem cuttings which have rooted (I'm getting resistance when pulling and new leaves have formed). They are in a plastic container with a lid and have been kept outside in the shade (NE Ohio).

After potting them, I intend to keep them outside (we're now averaging temps of mid- to high-70s during the day). Can I just pot them and keep them outside or do they need a transition from their humid, sheltered cacoon before being exposed to the elements?

Thanks.
