Eclectic Sweet-Hot Pepper Soup with Rocoto Croutons and Beef

I gave my wife four peppers out of the garden and challenged her to come up with something completely new. The peppers were an extra-huge Godfather, a Hungarian Wax, a Fish Pepper, and a Bolivian Rainbow. I really like the size contrast between them!

She took the four peppers and added a bunch of herbs and stuff from our garden, plus some bread, meat, a pile of sweet peppers from the supermarket (mostly Fresnos), and a few sauces:

She then made it into an eclectic sweet-hot pepper soup with beef chunks. She then made rocoto croutons with the bread, rocoto paste, and some olive oil. The final concoction is shown below:

Later on, she took a jalapeno and a few more supermarket peppers, and made Jalapeno cheese corn muffins!
