Yet another question...

Think I'm going to drive you all crazy with all my questions. But, once I am on my way to being a plumeria pro, well then, I'll be the one answering the questions...So the first plummie I got I really didn't quite know what it was so just stuck it in the ground. It is quite close to the house, under a tree, and wondering if I should move it. It has been about a year since I planted it, and grows wonderfully. If you think I should move it, what is the best way to do that without disrupting the roots? Here is a picture of it... Maybe I should just chop down the tree and tear down the house.
