You can repot it now as long as it's not in the 50s for weeks at a time u can repot i don't think it a jade but a kalanchoe flap jacks but it could be a jade hope that helped Noah

Old post resurfaces! Whee! First, I'll say Beautiful pix of your plants, Mara! As far a Kalanchoe luciae 'Fantastic', the only pic of that so far is the one Succulent120 posted. I bought one the other day at the C&S show: Can't wait till it grows up! I believe the 1st pic, posted by the OP is Kalanchoe luciae. See link (way) below to a very good explanation of differences between it & Kalanchoe thyrsiflora, including pix of their flowers...the best way to tell apart! And for the question about curved leaves, it just depends on the conditions in which the plant grows. I don't believe it's marmorata too, for the reason you cited, but I believe it's a species plant. Spike, that first pic is truly awful - could you replace it with something better? Maybe just make it a personal policy to shoot three or six pictures and pick out the best, one that's focused? It really does improve your chances of getting it ID'd properly.

Glued rocks... Remove them all from the no drain bowl and pry them and chip em away In a nut shell they use the glued rocks to hold the plants in place during shipping Basically it's a semi firm type epoxy the rocks can sometimes break away for removal in pieces Work the removal from bottom to save as much root and plant as you can. Pic 1 & 2. isn't Gollum as Gollum foliage tends to be shorter and inner foliage opens more than what is shown. pic 3 Huernia might be procumbus... Shows more of a pup maybe to me than a flowering but very ready to be out of that dish disaster. pic 5 Kalanchoe? Yes..... Flap Jacks would be my guess
