Pepper leaves curling & wilting w/holes.

I'm not sure the type of pepper plant I have, the seeds came in a 5 hot pepper mix packet. I think it may be Habanero. Shortly after the plant got about 7in the leaves began to curl and shortly after holes appeared in the leaves and some toward the bottom of the stalk started to turn yellow wilt and fall off. This one is planted in the ground with Miracle Grow garden soil & manure mixed in with existing soil.

I have another pepper plant in a pot (used Miracle Grow garden soil) which I think may be either jalapeno or sweet, but this plant has also formed holes in the leaves.

Can anyone give me any suggestions on what this could be?
