why does my Celadine refuse to grow....

....when the seedlings are romping away?? Hi folks, not been here for a while but I now have a problem....I am at a loss to know what's up with Celadine again this year. In 2006 it leafed out and flowered beautifully, 2007 it had just a few puny leaves (put it down to only being top dressed and not fully re-potted) and this year it looks as though its going to be just the same. It was re-pottted at the beginning of the year in fresh compost (cactus, perlite, grit identical to that of the seedlings)had (& hoping it still has)a good root system and gets watered round the edge aka Bill's suggestion, fed weekly and is getting all the sun I can possibly give it given my area. They usually live in the g/h but as we have been away for a few days the g/h could have got too hot. The 4 seedlings were planted early 2007 and are really beefy...what am I doing wrong? Also it has these strange *leaf on leaf* things that I wrote about last year and replied to in a similar post today.

Please help as I really want to get it going again.

Gill.
