Plants wasting away.

Many of my peppers are showing symptoms of CTV. I have seen leafhoppers in my garden, which transmit the disease.

However, I know many things can cause similar looking growth, and I do not want to jump to conclusions.

As well as severely distorted new growth, old growth seems to be curling or crisping on the edges with some yellowing/browning of tissue.

There are some aphids and stuff but nothing serious that should cause this kind of growth from every new leaf. Some edges are turning brown

and will crisp off like a dead leaf if you touch it. Some plants are yellowing more than others.

The plants in containers are in 5-1-1 and in the ground it just manure/soil/mulch. Both mediums have slow release fert.

I can get more pictures if anybody thinks they would help.

Only a few peppers have healthy looking new growth, at this point.
