Simplified germination

At least it's working well for me this year. I planted 1 seed per cell in a small cell tray, covered with a clear top and put on heat mat.

As the seeds germinate I remove the whole plug

and put it into a prepared hole in the growing out tray

Which is placed under lights. Roots don't get disturbed and those not yet up stay in the tray on the heat mat and those up go under lights.
