Smokemaster (and indoor pepper growers)

Smokemaster or anyone that has grown peppers inside.

SITUATION: I've got a plant (believed to be a Jolokia - never have seen the "off white - yellow tinted blossoms) which is 19" high, with 20+ blossoms on it, none of which look like they are producing pollen. There are 5 other plants (cherry, banana, serrano) under the same light which have had and currently do have peppers on them.

QUESTIONS: Does the Jolokia produce pollen slower - like the way the plant grows? It has had one blossom (of 15) open for 4 days - and I still can't get any pollen to drop from it. It's in the same growing medium as the other, watered @ the same rate with the same fish emulsion. It's a beautiful plant, but is slow to do anything other than flower.
