Siam Plumeria in Oceanside is Aloha tropicals, Andy is the owner. Aloha Tropicals have been around forever, you may want to do some research on your own regarding them like on Daves Garden Watch dog.
Andy has his own plumie farm/platation in Thailand that he owns so he does import his own stuff.
There are couple of other places in Oceanside and San Diego that that sells Thai Plumeria like John in Ocean Side his father Jack in Thailand is one of the original growers of plumerias. Thus the name Muang Jack, J105 (J initials are designating that they are hybrids or finds of Jack.)So if your looking for Thai plumies than SD is a great resource.

Hey Cbad,
I was finally reading through Siam Plumerias website and I noticed that his plants are grafted and slightly overpriced.
I spoke to 2 people I know that bought from him and one was complaining that his grafted plants were a little small especially for the dollar value and this other person said that she and her 2 other friends bought exactly the same Thai plumie variety from Andy and 2 of the 3 bloomed incorrectly and the third still hasnt bloomed yet so she is waiting.
If you contact Jungle Jacks in Oceanside, Jacks son John has the same plants and more that are rooted not grafted, some are very large and multi tipped.

If you wait till the Southern California Plumeria society Sale in September there are several great sellers who will be selling Thai Plumies like Irene jones, Doug Jones, etc.
This sell for rooted plants will be in September. If you would like I have phone numbers for all the people and John at Jungle Jacks, let me know.

I can't say enough nice things about Doug and Irene. I bet Doug doesn't carry Thai plumies. Also check with Danny K.

Mickey: Thanks for replying. This may sound dumb but who is Danny K. and how do I locate him? This "plumeria bug" I have seems to get more expensive and I'm not sure there is a cure...though not sure I really want to be cured!!!

I agree with Mickey that Irene and Doug are the best, and YES Doug sells Thai Plumies. I just spoke to Doug last week and he is getting over Pneumonia so he has been down for a while.
Doug actually has a nice selection of plumies including the Thai ones, he has varigated Thai plumies, Madam Poni Hybrid from Thailand as well as many other of the hard to get ones.
Doug was selling them at the past Sept So Cal Plumie society sale.
